Refund policy

All sales are final.
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at babe2slittlecorner@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and the packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund (our choice based on inventory). In some cases we may ask you to return the item; if so, we’ll provide a prepaid label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Because all sales are final, we cannot accept returns on any items, including sale items and gift cards.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After production begins, we can’t cancel.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise it, email babe2slittlecorner@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. (This section applies only to EU shipments.)
